Private yoga classes in North Cornwall

Hello! My name is Nina. I’m a qualified RYT-200 yoga teacher, specialising in private yoga classes in North Cornwall. I travel to teach yoga lessons in the following locations: Newquay, Crantock, Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay, Harlyn, Constantine Bay, St Agnes, Perraporth, Padstow, Polzeath and Rock.

As a surfer and snowboarder, I teach Vinyasa Flow - a freestyle, flowing form of yoga - which not only strengthens and stretches muscles, but also prevents injury and helps find a moment of quiet for the mind in the busy, stressful world we live in.

I also teach Hatha Yoga, a more gentle practice for those who want to relax and unwind.

No one should ever feel like they aren't "good enough" to practise yoga. Yoga isn't about contorting your body into the most advanced shapes, it's about working with your body and where it is at right now.

Everyone is welcome - especially beginners who have never stepped on a yoga mat before!

Testimonials

As a beginner to yoga, Nina made me feel very comfortable in her lessons. She created a friendly, welcoming, non-intimidating atmosphere and I found her teaching very energising and uplifting. It was the best yoga session I’ve been to.
— Caroline Stewart
Nina’s yoga classes were the best apres-ski I could have had. Refreshed the parts that beer cannot reach!
— Andrew Vaughan
Nina’s classes got me quickly hooked on yoga! She has a great way of challenging each person in the class without pushing them beyond their ability. Nina is great at linking the benefits of yoga to other sports, which has been fantastic for me as a ski instructor. She has helped me increase my flexibility, strength and stamina which has definitely improved my skiing and reduced my leg ache at the end of the day! She is a great instructor with infectious energy.
